Partial Reflectors

Some applications require mirrors with reduced reflectance with some residual transmission into the facet. The bandwidth for the reflectance is reduced for these coatings. The following plot shows reflectance levels of 90% and 80%. Again, the reflectance level can be adjusted to meet specific application requirements. The balance of the incident energy is transmitted into the substrate.
