Mirror Coatings
Laser Facet mirrors
have high reflectance over a defined band. The most commonly defined bands
are the L, C and 980 nm as shown in the plot below for indium Phosphide.
Similar performance for these coatings is available on GaAs. The high
performance region can be adjusted to other wavelengths as
requested.
