Conductive Anti-Reflection
Broadband Anti-Reflective Conductive Coatings contain the anti-reflective quality, with an integrated spectral reflectance (ISR) of less than .20% at a 20-degree incident angle and a sheet resistance of 20 ohms per square or less. BBAR Conductive Coatings also encompass the ability to allow communications transfer without interference, such as EMI (Electro- Magnetic Interference) and RFI (Radio- Frequency Interference). These coatings are innovative and extremely durable, able to withstand an eraser rub test of 100 complete cycles at 2.0 to 2.5 lb. The coatings show no evidence of peeling, flaking, crazing or delaminiting and will not change in spectral characteristics.
Our AR Conductive Coating meets all requirements of manufacturers, and it is designed to react well to various atmospheres. In an atmosphere with a relative humidity between 95 and 100% at 160 +/-4 degrees F, the coating shall endure exposure for a period of 48 hours. In a salt fog atmosphere with a temper- ature of 95 degrees, the coating shall forego exposure for 48 hours without changing characteristics. Pertaining to abrasion resistance, the coating will withstand an eraser rub test of 100 complete cycles at 2.0 to 2.5 lb, when rubbed across the same path, point to point. The eraser wil adhere to MIL-E- 12397. We also verify adhesion by binding a tape, that agrees with MIL-M- 13508C, to the surface of the glass and then removing it. No part of the coating shall be removed during the test.
